The Colorado Outdoors masterplan combines sustainable development with environmental restoration.

The masterplan campus is composed of approximately 670,000 square feet of development. The project sites are a blend of hotels, restaurants, retail shops, office spaces, and modern housing units, with abundant open space and trail access.

New commercial and retail space for lease

Rivers Edge at Colorado Outdoors is a new 16,000 SF commercial space ideal for restaurants, offices, showrooms, and retail. Located next to Shelter Distilling and near Mayfly Outdoors, it offers direct access to the Uncompahgre River, Mayfly Pond, and the Connect Trail for outdoor activities like walking, fishing, and kayaking.

41 acres of land are preserved for conservation.

Our commitment to conservation starts with the central feature: the Uncompahgre River. The river corridor will be transformed into gold medal waters for recreational fly fishing. An open and modern trail system runs alongside the river, preserving valuable wetlands and riparian habitats.

A 2019 Governor’s Award Winner for Best Urban Renewal Project, the architectural design is carefully considered within the project. Special consideration is given to building materials. Steel, aluminum, stone, and glass are major elements to create a modern, mountain feel.
