At Colorado Outdoors, we strive to fill each year with momentum, milestones, and meaningful impact. Reflecting on 2024, we’re proud of the progress we’ve made—not just in square footage and new businesses, but in the lasting value we’re creating for the Western Slope community.
2024 Impact Highlights:
Opened a 90-room Fairfield Inn & Suites, a major investment in local tourism infrastructure, and a key driver of hospitality jobs and increased visitor spending in Montrose
Launched an ADA-accessible Flex Park, a major milestone in making outdoor recreation accessible to all that serves as a hub for families, events, and everyday connection

Looking ahead to our future – what’s in store?
This year promises even more growth, with a new 96-unit mixed-use residential and commercial project on the horizon, Rivers Edge. This development will support housing access and business expansion, all within walking distance of outdoor amenities and public spaces.
